On National Rum Day, we invite you to a tasting through our Select Cask Series, a range of single release small batch Rums, selected specifically for their story, their flavour profile & their quality.
This evening will feature a tasting of all our Select Cask Rums to date, including our sold out #001 Stout Barrel and an exclusive advanced tasting of the next release, Select Cask #005.
Each round of tastings will be matched with a tasting menu of delicious bites from the Brix kitchen.
