INGREDIENTS
45ML BRIX CANE SPIRIT
20ML VERMOUTH
10ML ORANGE LIQUEUR
DASH OF GRENADINE
METHOD
1) Add Brix Cane Spirit and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
2) Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold
3) Strain into a coupe glass
4) Garnish with an orage peel twist

A BUBBLY REFRESHER
INGREDIENTS
30ML BRIX CANE SPIRIT
45ML GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
45ML PROSECCO
45ML SODA WATER
METHOD
1) Add Brix Cane Spirit, grapefruit juice & prosecco to a wine glass
2) Fill the glass with ice

3) Slowly stir to chill & top with soda
​
4) Garnish with a grapefruit slice & rosemary sprig
​

INGREDIENTS
45ML BRIX CANE SPIRIT
30ML FRESH LIME JUICE
15ML SIMPLE SYRUP
FRESH OR DEHYDRATED LIME

METHOD
1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
2) Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold
3) Double strain into a coupe glass
4) Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated lime

2) Stir gently to chill
3) Top with grapefruit soda
4) Garnish with a grapefruit slice

1) Add Brix Cane Spirit, simple syrup & mint leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice

3) Strain into a coupe glass & top with prosecco
4) Garnish with a mint sprig

30ML SIMPLE SYRUP
SODA WATER
6-8 MINT LEAVES
1/2 OF A LIME - CUT INTO WEDGES
MINT SPRIG
METHOD
1) Add lime & simple syrup to a tall glass & muddle

2) Add mint leaves, Brix Cane Spirit & ice
​
3) Churn with a spoon until flavours have combined
4) Add more ice until full & top with soda water
​
5) Garnish with a mint sprig & a lime wheel
