INGREDIENTS
45ML TEQUILA
30ML CITRUS GOT REAL, MANDARIN LIQUEUR
45ML FRESH LIME JUICE
LIME, HALVED
METHOD
1) Using a fresh lime wedge, rim your glass then dip it in salt
2) In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
3) Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the shaker becomes ice cold

4) Strain into a coupe glass
​
5) Garnish with a lime wedge or dehydrated orange wheel
MANDARIN SOUR
INGREDIENTS
60ML CITRUS GOT REAL, MANDARIN LIQUEUR
30ML LEMON JUICE
20ML SIMPLE SYRUP
15ML EGG WHITES
BITTERS TO GARNISH
METHOD
1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker & dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice
2) Add ice and shake again until the shaker becomes ice cold
3) Strain into a coupe glass
4) Garnish with a bespoke bitters pattern
CITRUS GOT SPRITZED
INGREDIENTS
45ML CITRUS GOT REAL, MANDARIN LIQUEUR
45ML PROSECCO
150ML SODA WATER
FRESH MANDARINS TO GARNISH
METHOD
1) Add Citrus Got Real, Mandarin Liqueur to a wine glass
2) Fill glass with ice
3) Slowly stir to chill & top with soda water
4) Garnish with fresh mandarin slices
CITRUS SIDECAR

30ML CITRUS GOT REAL, MANDARIN LIQUEUR
30ML BRANDY
20ML LEMON JUICE
METHOD
1) Add Citrus Got Real, brandy & lemon juice to a mixing glass ​

2) Fill glass with ice
3) Slowly stir to chill
4) Strain into a Nick + Nora glass & garnish with a mandarin peel
CITRUS AIR MAIL
INGREDIENTS
30ML CITRUS GOT REAL, MANDARIN LIQUEUR
30ML BRIX AUSTRALIAN RUM
15ML LIME JUICE
10ML HONEY SOLUTION
120ML PROSECCO
METHOD
1) Add all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to a mixing glass
​
2) Fill the mixing glass with crushed ice and stir to chill
​
3) Pour everything, including the ice, into a Collins glass
​
4) Top with sparkling wine
​
5) Garnish with a fresh slice of mandarin
