ESPRESSO MARTINI
THE PERFECT PICK-ME-UP

INGREDIENTS

45ML BRIX SPICED RUM

30ML COFFEE LIQUEUR

30ML ESPRESSO OR COLD BREW COFFEE

10ML SIMPLE SYRUP

3 COFFEE BEANS​

METHOD

1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker & fill  with ice

 

2) Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold

 

3) Strain into a coupe glass

 

4) Garnish with 3 coffee beans​

NEGRONI
A SPICED SPIN ON A CLASSIC

INGREDIENTS

20ML BRIX SPICED RUM

20ML ROSSO VERMOUTH

20ML CAMPARI

ORANGE TWIST & ORANGE SLICE

METHOD

1) Add all ingredients to a mixing glass & fill with ice

 

2) Stir for 30 seconds until desired dilution, tasting as you stir

 

3) Strain into a rocks glass over a large block of ice

 

4) Twist orange peel over the drink & garnish with a fresh orange slice

INGREDIENTS

45ML BRIX SPICED RUM

15ML CAMPARI

45ML PINEAPPLE JUICE

15ML LIME JUICE

10ML SIMPLE SYRUP

PINEAPPLE WEDGE & MARASCHINO CHERRY TO GARNISH

METHOD

1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice 

​

2) Shake hard until shaker becomes ice cold

 

3) Strain into a rocks glass over a large block of ice

 

4) Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry skewer

BRIX SPICED RUM & GINGER ALE
SUBTLY SPICY, YET SWEET

INGREDIENTS

45ML BRIX SPICED RUM

100ML GINGER ALE

3 LIME WEDGES​

METHOD

1) Add Brix Spiced Rum to a highball glass & fill with ice

 

2) Stir to chill & squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge

 

3) Top with dry ginger ale

 

4) Garnish with extra  lime wedges

A CRISP BURST OF SPICY SWEETNESS

INGREDIENTS

45ML BRIX SPICED RUM

2 FRESH LIME WEDGES

2-3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS

90ML GINGER BEER

LIME WEDGES

MINT SPRIG

METHOD

1) Add Brix Spiced Rum to a tall glass & top with ice

2) Add Ginger Beer & squeeze in fresh lime wedges 

​

3) Give a gentle stir to combine

 

4) Float bitters, garnish with a lime & mint sprig

INGREDIENTS

45ML BRIX SPICED RUM

100ML FRESHLY JUICED GREEN APPLE

APPLE FAN

METHOD

1) Add Brix Spiced Rum to a highball glass & fill with ice

 

2) Top with freshly juiced green apple

​

3) Stir to chill

​

3) Garnish with a green apple fan and shaved nutmeg​
