Join us for our next Rum School class at Brix Distillers & learn how to shake, strain & sip cocktails like a pro. We change up the cocktails each week to keep returning guests on their toes; Think Spiced Rum Espresso Martinis, Mai Tais, Daiquiris, Zombies, and Pina Coladas!

Your $85 ticket includes a welcome drink, distillery tour, 2 x cocktails made by you and a tasty cheese & charcuterie selection.


All guests will receive $10 off 700ml Brix Rum purchases made on the day.

Excellent value for money. The teacher knew his history but also explained it in an entertaining way. They even provided a cheese plate to pick at halfway through ! Lets not forget the cocktails themselves, they make the steps easy to follow and create a lighthearted and fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Highly recommend their cocktail making class & sticking around for a rum tasting flight with Adora chocolate pairing! The host was entertaining and knowledgeable, and I was surprised that the history was so fascinating and reflective of world history. Like Silk Road but for rum & with pirates. Now we can save money by making cocktails at home!
