Brix Distillery tours are a full sensory experience that allows you to take a deep dive into all stages of the rum making process. They're a fantastic team building experience, celebration event, or make for a fun date night.

Tours run for approximately 90 minutes and include a guided tour, watch fresh sugar cane being juiced, taste the actual molasses we ferment, smell the barrel staves to learn more about the maturation process, and discover how to fully appreciate one of the world's oldest and most diverse spirits.

The tour is followed by a Brix tasting session. Includes $10 off Brix bottle purchases made on the day of your tour. Guests are welcome to stay for dinner after their tour with a booking.
