We pack and dispatch all of our orders straight from our Sydney warehouse. We aim to get orders out within 1-3 days, and we ship nationwide. Sorry, no international shipments at this stage.

Noticed something wrong with your order. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
We accept returns within 30 days for faulty products, but unfortunately not for change of mind.
If somehow you received the wrong items, please make sure they remain unused and in original condition.
By emailing us, this will start your return request and we’ll give you all the info needed to send the order back to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll refund the order to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process.
