OUR HOME OF RUM

We wanted to create a space to celebrate our rum and give you the complete Brix experience, with a front row seat to  our production.

From cocktails that showcase our rums in new and exciting ways, a delicious menu that compliments it and 150 rums from across the globe to highlight the variety and versatility of our fave spirit.

We also have a selection of wine and brews from local crafters, so settle in... you might be here for a while!
