Rum School is in session! Each week we open our doors to teach you how to mix cocktails like a pro.
Tickets include a welcome drink, distillery tour, 2 cocktails made by you & a tasty antipasto platter. We change the cocktails each week to keep regulars on their toes.

Private classes also available for groups of 6 or more.
DISTILLERY TOURS
EVERY THURSDAY & FRIDAY 6PM $40PP
Pull back the metaphorical curtain and join us in our rum wonderland for a behind-the-scenes distillery tour.
This full sensory experience takes you on a deep dive into all stages of the rum making process and includes a tasting flight of our core range rums.

Tours run on a Thursday and Friday evenings & are the perfect way to kick off your weekend!
RUM SPICING CLASSES
SUNDAYS, 1PM $120PP
Ever thought about making your own rum but starting a distillery seemed a bit extreme? Cue our Rum Spicing Class.
Blend your own rum from a variety of infusions and take your signature blend home.
Tickets include a distillery tour, charcuterie & cheese plate, drink on arrival + 2 x 200ml bottles of your own blend.
