Beginning with Australian Cane Spirit, distilled from local molasses, we infuse fresh Imperial & Sumo Mandarins, harvested at the height of their season in Leeton, NSW. To enhance the punchy citrus notes, we then infuse green tea, jasmine flowers, pickled cherry blossom, peach, vanilla & ginger.
Perfect sipped over ice, splashed into your champagne cocktail or simply spritzed up with soda.
