CITRUS GOT REAL MANDARIN LIQUEUR
Our fourth instalment in the ‘Citrus Got Real’ series, this release is our first liqueur and another way we have pushed ourselves to showcase the best Australia has to offer.
Beginning with Australian Cane Spirit, distilled from local molasses, we infuse fresh Imperial & Sumo Mandarins, harvested at the height of their season in Leeton, NSW. To enhance the punchy citrus notes, we then infuse green tea, jasmine flowers, pickled cherry blossom, peach, vanilla & ginger.
Perfect sipped over ice, splashed into your champagne cocktails or simply spritz it up with soda!

MANDARIN JAM
SUSTAINABLY CREATED
Earlier this year we debuted Brix Crafted, a collection that sustainably repurposes byproducts from our range of Rums to create something new. For this release, we up-cycled the mandarin pulp from CGR and paired it with vanilla bean to craft a delicious jam.

Classic flavours reinvented with a modern Brix twist, pushing forward the floral citrus and allowing the sweet and sour to balance across the palate.
INGREDIENTS​
30ML CITRUS GOT REAL
30ML BRANDY
20ML LEMON JUICE

METHOD
1) Add Citrus Got Real, brandy & lemon juice to a mixing glass ​
​
2) Fill glass with ice
3) Slowly stir to chill
4) Strain into a Nick + Nora glass & garnish with a mandarin peel

A long, refreshing drink perfect to savour on a summer's day.
INGREDIENTS​
30ML CITRUS GOT REAL
30ML BRIX AUSTRALIAN RUM
15ML LIME JUICE
10ML HONEY SOLUTION
120ML PROSECCO

METHOD
1) Add all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to a mixing glass
​
2) Fill the mixing glass with crushed ice and stir to chill
​
3) Pour everything, including the ice, into a Collins glass
​
4) Top with sparkling wine
​
5) Garnish with a fresh slice of mandarin

45ML PROSECCO
150ML SODA WATER
FRESH MANDARINS TO GARNISH
METHOD
1) Add Citrus Got Real, Mandarin to a wine glass
2) Fill glass with ice
3) Slowly stir to chill & top with soda water
4) Garnish with fresh mandarin
