We've partnered with local Surry Hills venues for an afternoon of glorious Rum sippers. You will be guided by the Brix team as they lead you on a journey through our Surry Hills backyard to discover magnificent local watering holes whilst enjoying a few Brix cocktails and chat with fellow Rum lovers along the way.
