About the event
We live and breathe rum, but that doesn't mean we don't have appreciation for all spirits! That's why we know that some of the world's best spirits are produced right here in our backyard.
Every month, we buddy up with a different craft distillery to showcase some of the best spirits we Aussies have to offer! Our Distillery Buddies nights feature spirits neat, in cocktails and matched with a delicious menu from the Brix kitchen.
Throughout the evening you'll taste our feature guest's range of spirits alongside Brix Rums, share a delicious feast, a few cocktails and hear from the distilling team in both camps as to how we make our spirits. It's all about putting great Australian spirits in the limelight!
