It's time for Australian Craft Rum to step into the spotlight, so we're taking National Rum Day to National Rum Month.
Wednesday, 16th August marks National Rum Day, but we're keeping the good times flowing all month long. Throughout August, you can find our beautiful Core Range rums featured in specially designed cocktail lists around our home town Surry Hills and in some of the best bars across Australia. We've partnered with each of these participating venues to design fantastic cocktails which showcase the best that Brix Rum has to offer!
So this August, get out and support your local venue this National Rum Month.

IT'S HAPPY HOUR ALL MONTH LONG AT BRIX DISTILLERY BAR

We’re taking Happy Hour to a whole new level. To celebrate Brix Rum Month, all August, enjoy $10 Brix Cane Spirit Mojitos, all day, every day at our Distillery Bar. We'll also shout you an extra taster of one of our limited-release or Select Cask Rums with every Core Range tasting flight. Come join us in raising a mojito to one of the world’s great spirits.

Sydneysiders, join us on Saturday, 19th August for a Brix Rum Trail through Surry Hills guided by Brix Co-Founder, James Christopher + Brand Ambassador, Andrew Walters.
We've partnered with beloved local legends The Carrington, Dove & Olive + Forrester's for an afternoon of sipping, savouring and celebrating one of the world’s great spirits.
Each ticket includes:
1 x Brix Cap
1 x Brix Bespoke Cocktail at each Surry Hills partner venue
1 x Brix Rum tasting across our Core Range at each partner venue​
We will conclude the trail at Brix Distillery with a cocktail and snacks.
