BRIX DISTILLERY
You will begin your Surry Hills staycation experience with us at Brix Distillery. Whilst indulging in a refreshing welcome drink, our expert Rum ambassador will take you on a tour of our urban distillery where we create our award-winning range of Rums through small-batch production.

Then you'll settle in at our bar, where you'll get the chance to discover the robust and complex flavours for yourself with a tasting flight of our Core Range Rums paired with a charcuterie platter and bites from the Brix kitchen.
GOLDEN AGE CINEMA + BAR
For the next part of your adventure, you'll stroll down Campbell Street to our neighbours over at Golden Age Cinema, a premier theatre located in the old screening room of the heritage-listed Paramount Pictures Building.

Here you will be treated to a film screening, along with a delicious Brix cocktail, and of course, a box of classic movie theatre popcorn.
ACE HOTEL SYDNEY
Following the movie screening, your Surry Hills adventure will take you to the crown of the Ace Hotel Sydney where you will savour a final round of Brix Rum cocktails at the beautiful rooftop restaurant, Kiln.

To round out the evening, you will be treated to a magnificent overnight stay, complete with a Brix welcome package awaiting your arrival, where you can relax, rest and enjoy a fantastic night's sleep in the heart of Sydney's Surry Hills.
