The Brix Team are ecstatic to have joined forces with the beverage team from Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour's Champagne Bar to design an exclusive release, combining the flavours of Marseille with our premium Australian Rum, distilled & aged here in Surry Hills.
The Marseille inspired Brix x Champagne Bar Spiced Rum was created to honour the Sofitel Sydney's sister city in France, using traditional flavours from the region such as lavender, caraway seed, rosemary, marjoram and clove.
The team at Champagne Bar used this Spiced Rum blend to create a new magnificent cocktail based on the iconic adventure novel The Count of Monte Cristo.
