BRIX DISTILLERY

 You will begin your Surry Hills staycation experience with us at Brix Distillery. Whilst indulging in a refreshing welcome drink, our expert Rum ambassador will take you on a tour of our urban distillery where we create our award-winning range of Rums through small-batch production. ​

Then you'll settle in at our  bar, where you'll get the chance to discover the robust and complex flavours for yourself with a tasting flight of our Core Range Rums paired with a charcuterie platter and bites from the Brix kitchen.

BRIX DISTILLERY

GOLDEN AGE CINEMA + BAR

For the next part of your adventure, you'll stroll down Campbell Street to our neighbours over at Golden Age Cinema, a premier theatre located in the old screening room of the heritage-listed Paramount Pictures Building. ​

Here you will be treated to a film screening, along with a delicious Brix cocktail, and of course, a box of classic movie theatre popcorn.

Following the movie screening, your Surry Hills adventure will take you to the crown of the Ace Hotel Sydney where you will savour a final round of Brix Rum cocktails at the beautiful rooftop restaurant, Kiln. 

To round out the evening, you will be treated to a magnificent overnight stay, complete with a Brix welcome package awaiting your arrival, where you can relax, rest and enjoy a fantastic night's sleep in the heart of Sydney's Surry Hills.
