Bartender Rum Brunch - Sydney Bar Week

As a part of Sydney Bar Week, The Bartender Rum Brunch is a free event which aims to bring together bartenders from the industry to discuss & taste their favourite spirit – RUM! 

Showcasing a variety of rums from Australia and around the world & held at Brix Distillery, Sydney's Home of Rum, this brunch is a great opportunity for the industry to come together, discuss & taste a variety of quality rums & enjoy some great food from the Brix kitchen. 

Each of our 8 Brand Ambassadors will give a short talk on their brand whilst bartenders sip & discuss the rums presented. 

A welcome Brix Daiquiri will be provided free of charge, along with coffee & light brunch to set you up for the day!
