We’ve blended a variety of ingredients such as Caribbean kola nuts, Mexican limes, and a selection of distilled botanicals including Jamaican pimento berries and Madagascan vanilla, that come together to perfectly complement the notes of fruits, oak, vanilla and spices from the Brix Australian Rum.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Brix Australian Rum

100ml Fever-Tree Distillers Cola

Lime to garnish

 

METHOD

Add Brix Australian Rum to a highball glass & fill with ice. Squeeze in the juice from a fresh lime wedge. Stir gently to chill. Top with Fever-Tree Distillers Cola. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

BRIX SPICED RUM X FEVER-TREE SPICED ORANGE GINGER ALE DARK & STORMY

Reinvent this classic Rum Refresher with a Brix x Fever-Tree twist. The delicate sweetness from the clementines in the mixer with subtle cinnamon on top of the signature robust earthy flavours from the Fever-Tree gingers pairs perfectly with our full bodied Spiced Rum that balances bright citrus upfront, sweetness, and a lingering depth of spice on the palate. 

INGREDIENTS

45ml Brix Spiced Rum

100ml Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale

Lime to garnish

 

 

METHOD

BRIX CANE SPIRIT X FEVER-TREE PINK GRAPEFRUIT SODA PALOMA

A classic tequila number, reinvented as a Rum Refresher just in time for summer. For all the die-hard margarita lovers out there, this one's for you. Brix Cane Spirit makes a alluring cocktail companion with a gorgeous palate of toffee, caramel and stewed pears mixes perfectly with the burst of fresh grapefruit flowing from the Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Brix Cane Spirit

100ml Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit soda

Fresh lime wedge

Fresh grapefruit wedge to garnish

 

METHOD

Rim a highball glass with salt. Add Brix Cane Spirit to the glass & fill with ice. Squeeze in the juice from a fresh lime wedge. Stir gently to chill. Top with Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
