In our Rum Spicing Class, explore the art of flavour design as you craft a unique Brix Spiced Rum with layers of fruit, nut and spice infusions - think cloves, nutmeg, mango and more. Guided by our team of Rum experts, you will create 2 x 200ml bottles of your glorious blend to take home, whilst getting stuck into a tasty nibbles platter from the Brix kitchen.

SHAKE UP DRINKS LIKE A PRO IN A COCKTAIL CLASS
Grab Mum for an afternoon of stirring and shaking classic cocktails with a Brix twist. You'll be guided by one of our expert mixologists through creating two different Rum-based cocktails. Then kick back and relax as you enjoy the tropical fruits of your labour, whilst snacking on a delicious Brix antipasto platter.
