We created this Select Cask Series Rum in exclusive collaboration with our mates at Rum Tribe. Aged in an ex-Shiraz cask for 3.5 years and finished for 2 months in a double IPA cask from Stockade Brewing, this special Rum boasts notes of pine, tarragon and Szechuan pepper with our signature full-bodied mouth feel that comes from our Sydney-aged Rum.
