Service Description
Get a behind-the-scenes look at our Surry Hills distillery! This full sensory experience takes you on a deep dive into all stages of the rum making process. Guests will enjoy a guided tour with one of our knowledgeable Brix staff members followed by a tasting flight enjoyed in the bar. Payment in full is due upon booking. Terms and Conditions: We are happy to cater for your dietary requirements! Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements in the comment section of your booking. All tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time, after which time it may be released. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late or are unable to attend. All groups of 15 or more guests will incur a 10% Service Fee. RSA rules apply.
