Our first ever limited release is a boozy blend of Brix White infused with Mclaren Vale limes grown by Brad and Nicole at Brash Higgins Winery. This is then blended with native lemongrass and fresh pressed Woongoolba sugarcane juice.
Drink it over ice, in a daiquiri, or pour it over your favourite dessert. Any way you drink it, we think you'll agree that Citrus.Got.Real.
Our Head Distiller Shane Casey had been staying at Brad’s winery (Brash Higgins) in McLaren Vale around the time Brix had just opened. The two were sharing stories of the challenges of starting a brand and the need for collaborations between industries to help drive creativity and innovation. Over a glass of wine they hatched the idea of using the lime trees that surrounded the property and collaborating on a lime flavoured rum.
