Brix White is crafted 100% in our Surry Hills Distillery. We ferment premium Queensland molasses then distil in our Australian made copper still "Molly".
A caramel, toffee, creme brulee & banana nose with a slight licorice & fennel finish. The freshness of lime zest, honeydew melon, green apple, pear & figs all show through on the palate.
