We will guide you through a Rum journey to some of our favourite Surry Hills watering holes, local treasures + hidden gems, where you'll taste incredible cocktails created by some of the best bartenders Australia has to offer. The trail will conclude at Brix where you'll be able to keep the good times flowing with our cocktail specials.
