Two 700mL bottles of a custom spiced rum blended by you, with your name on the label.

Become a master blender yourself or give the perfect gift to a rum lover.

You can become your own Rum Spicing Master at Brix and develop a recipe for your very own Spiced Rum. Taking part in this experience means that you will be able to design the flavour profile of your spiced rum and our Head Distiller will then blend two (or more)

700ml bottles for you to take home or give as a gift.


We also have the capability to customise a label and name your rum along with a special description or message for the recipient.


This experience has a minimum purchase of 2 bottles and will cost $300.00, with extra bottles, if required, being an extra $90 each.


The full service comes with a one-on-one blending session to design the flavour profile in the Brix Bar with one of our team members, who will assist in the process and guide you in designing your profile.

The process follows this timeline:

  • Step 1 – We will organise a time to meet at the distillery bar and design your profile. From a full list of around 18 infusions, you will be able to select 6-8 flavours to design the blend. You will work with one of our team members to blend your own 100ml Spiced Rum recipe which will then be used as the template for your custom blend.

  • Step 2 -  You will be sent your label template for you to start thinking about a name for your rum and your personalised messages, along with a description for the back label.

  • Step 3 – From your recipe, our Head Distiller will blend and bottle your Spiced Rum.

  • Step 4 – You return your label design and our
    in-house designer will finalise your custom label, apply it to your bottles, ready to be picked
    up or shipped.
